Site for EA1181 (CompassHER2-pCR): Preoperative THP and postoperative HP in patients who achieve a pathologic complete response

Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Her2-positive Breast Cancer
Age: Between 18 years - 100 years
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:

1) Patients must have an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1. 2) Patient must have histologically confirmed HER2-positive primary invasive breast carcinoma. 3) Patients hormone receptor (ER and PR) status must be known and will be determined by local testing.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1) Patient has a history of prior (ipsilateral or contralateral) invasive breast cancer. 2) Patient has Stage IV (metastatic) breast cancer. 3) Patient has T4 and/or N3 disease, including inflammatory breast cancer. 4) Patient has prior treatment for the current breast cancer, including surgery, chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, radiation or experimental therapy.
