A Phase 2 Study of APX005M in Combination with Concurrent Chemo-radiation as Neoadjuvant Therapy for Resectable Esophageal and Gastroesophageal Junction Cancers

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Esophageal Cancer And Gastroesophageal Cancer
Age: Between 18 years - 100 years
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:

1) Histologically proven localized squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma or undifferentiated carcinoma of the esophagus or GE junction. 2) Adequate hematological, renal, and hepatic parameters.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1) Any history of or current hematologic malignancy. 2) Major surgery within 4 weeks of first dose of investigational product. 3) Prior or concurrent treatment with any anticancer agent for the same cancer diagnosis.
