A Prospective Randomized Comparison of the colonoscopy Adenoma Detection Rate with a Disposable Cap (ENDOCUFF VISION ) (Endocuff) versus a permanently mounted balloon (G-EYE )

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Adenoma DetectionScreening Colonoscopy

Age: Between 18 years - 99 years

Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
- Participants referred to colonoscopy for screening or surveillance colonoscopy for adenoma and CRC (based on the American and German guidelines for sporadic colon cancer prevention)
- Participants must understand and provide written informed consent for the procedure
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

- Participants with inflammatory bowel disease
- Participants with a personal history of hereditary polyposis syndrome
- Participants with suspected chronic stricture potentially precluding complete colonoscopy
- Participants with diverticulitis or toxic megacolon
- Participants with prior colonic surgery (exclusion appendectomy)
- Participants with a history of radiation therapy to abdomen or pelvis
- Pregnant or lactating female participants
- Participants who are currently enrolled in another clinical investigation
- Participants with routine oral or parenteral use of anticoagulants, not considered eligible by the investigator
- Participants with recent (within the last 3 mounts) coronary ischemia or CVA (stroke)
- Any participant condition deemed too risky for the study by the investigator
