A Randomized Phase 3 Study of MRTX849 in Combination with Cetuximab Versus Chemotherapy in Patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer with KRAS G12C Mutation with Disease Progression On or After Standard First-Line Therapy
Brief description of study
The purpose of the study is to determine the efficacy of MRTX849 in combination with cetuximab versus chemotherapy (FOLFIRI or mFOLFOX6) administered in the second-line treatment setting to patients with Colorectal Cancer (CRC) with KRAS G12C mutation. The study drug MRTX849 is investigational, which means that it has not been approved by the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the health authority that gives approval for new medicines to be prescribed in the United States, but the FDA has given its permission to test this agent in the current trial.
