A Phase 1 Open-Label Safety Pharmacokinetic and Preliminary Efficacy Study of STRO-002 an Anti-Folate Receptor Alpha (FolRa) Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) in Patients With Advanced Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (Including Fallopian Tube or Primary Peritoneal Cancers) and Endometrial Cancers

Brief description of study

The purpose of the study is to determine the safety and efficacy of STRO-002, which is a antibody drug conjugate (ADC) given intravenously every 3 weeks. We want to know the maximum tolerated dose and recommended Phase 2 dose in adult subjects with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer (including fallopian or primary peritoneal cancer) and endometrial cancer. The study drug STRO-002 is investigational, which means that it has not been approved by the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the health authority that gives approval for new medicines to be prescribed in the United States, but the FDA has given its permission to test this agent in the current trial.
