AGCT1531: A Phase 3 Study of Active Surveillance for Low Risk and a Randomized Trial of Carboplatin vs.Cisplatin for Standard Risk Pediatric and Adult Patients with Germ Cell Tumors

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Low Risk And Standard Risk Pediatric And Adult Patients With Germ Cell Tumors

Age: Between 1 Month(s) - 99 Year(s)

Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients must have a performance status corresponding to ECOG scores of 0, 1, 2 or 3.
- Adequate renal function, liver, and hematological function.
- Patients must have had no prior radiation therapy with the exception of CNS irradiation of brain metastases.
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

- Patients with significant, pre-existing co-morbid respiratory disease that contraindicate the use of bleomycin.
- Patients have had systematic therapy for the current cancer diagnosis.
- Pregnancy and Breast Feeding ( only apply to patients who will receive chemotherapy).
