A Phase 2 Trial of Chemotherapy followed by Response-Based Whole Ventricular & Spinal Canal Irradiation (WVSCI) for Patients with Localized Non-Germinomatous Central Nervous System Germ Cell Tumor

Brief description of study

If you or your child has been newly diagnosed with a brain tumor called Non-Germinomatous Germ Cell Tumor (NGGCT) there may be an opportunity to participate in this study. The purpose of this research study is to improve disease control by decreasing the number of spinal relapses in individuals who achieve a complete response (CR) or partial response (PR). This study will also evaluate how the disease responds to radiation dose distribution.
