You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Hepatocellular Carcinom

Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 100 Year(s)

Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients:
- Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients scheduled for stand-of-care MRI exams.
- Competent and willing to provide verbal informed consent.
- At least one HCC lesion > 1.5cm.
- Healthy controls:
- Competent and willing to sign informed consent.
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

- Significant medical or neurological illness.
- Implanted metal devices, tattoos larger than 1 cm in diameter (risk during MRI scanning) or tattoos with metallic ink.
- Claustrophobia (patients who are afraid of stating in small closed space).
- Pregnancy.
- Breast feeding.
- Contraindication to contrast injection (e.g., severe kidney disease with glomerular filtration rate).
