Rapid Motion-Robust and Easy-to-Use Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced MRI for Liver Perfusion Quantification (Non-treatment cohort)

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Hepatocellular Carcinom
  • Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 100 Year(s)
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Other Inclusion Criteria:
      Patients:
    1. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients scheduled for stand-of-care MRI exams.
    2. Competent and willing to provide verbal informed consent.
    3. At least one HCC lesion > 1.5cm.
      Healthy controls:
    1. Competent and willing to sign informed consent.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

    1. Significant medical or neurological illness.
    2. Implanted metal devices, tattoos larger than 1 cm in diameter (risk during MRI scanning) or tattoos with metallic ink.
    3. Claustrophobia (patients who are afraid of stating in small closed space).
    4. Pregnancy.
    5. Breast feeding.
    6. Contraindication to contrast injection (e.g., severe kidney disease with glomerular filtration rate).
