    Hematologic Disorders
  • Age: Between 0 Year(s) - 24 Year(s)
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Other Inclusion Criteria:
    1. All patients who have been evaluated and/or treated by physicians with concern for disorders of the hematologic system
    2. Parents (or legal guardian) or patients able to give consent and age-appropriate assent

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

    1. Individuals or parents/guardians unable to consent or assent if age appropriate
