You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 100 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Clinical stage II or III rectal adenocarcinoma
2. No prior systemic chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy; or radiation therapy administered as treatment for colorectal cancer within the past 5 years
3. No upper rectal tumors

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Experiencing a return of rectal cancer after treatment
2. Pregnant
