Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
- Confirmed non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) diagnosis
- Recommended to undergo a treatment using a type of medication called immune-checkpoint inhibitor. This medication may be given alone or in combination with chemotherapy.
- Self-identification as a member of an ethnic minority or underserved population
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

- If the investigator believes that a person has any medical, psychological, or social condition that would make it impossible for them to participate in the study
- Currently participating in other clinical trials that involve some form of intervention at the time of screening
- Under the age of 18
