Brief description of study

This study is a first-in-human (FIH), Phase 1, open-label, multicenter study to assess the safety, tolerability, PK, PD, and preliminary efficacy of JANX007 administered as a single agent or in combination with darolutamide in adult subjects with mCRPC.
