A PHASE 1 OPEN-LABEL MULTICENTER STUDY OF JANX007 IN SUBJECTS WITH METASTATIC CASTRATION-RESISTANT PROSTATE CANCER

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Prostate
  • Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 99 Year(s)
  • Gender: Male
  • Other Inclusion Criteria:
    In order to participate in this study, you must met the following conditions:
    1. Histologically or cytologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of the prostate
    2. Serum testosterone <50 ng/dL (or <1.7 nmol/L) achieved by orchiectomy or ongoing luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone agonist/antagonist therapy within 28 days prior to the start of study drug
    3. Collection of PSMA-PET imaging [68Ga] or [18F]

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

  • You will not be able to participate in this study if any of the following apply:
    1. Subjects whose tumors (either archival or fresh biopsy) exhibit significant neuroendocrine differentiation or small cell features by histopathology
    2. Prior treatment with PSMA-targeted CAR-T cell therapy
    3. Prior treatment with PSMA-CD3, PSMA-CD28, or other CD3-T cell engaging bispecific antibodies
