PRECISION (Profiling Early Breast Cancer for Radiotherapy Omission): A Phase II Study of Breast-Conserving Surgery without Adjuvant Radiotherapy for Favorable-Risk Breast Cancer.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Breast Cancer
  • Age: Between 50 years - 75 years
  • Gender: Female
  • Other Inclusion Criteria:
    1. Breast conserving surgery with histologically confirmed invasive breast cancer measuring more than 0.1cm and up to 2cm in size. 2. Patient must have undergone either sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) or axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) demonstrating pathologic node-negativity (pN0 or pN0[i+]). 3. Eligible for and willing to receive adjuvant hormonal therapy.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

  • 1. May not have had prior systemic therapy for breast cancer, including chemotherapy, targeted biologic therapy, or greater than 3 months of hormonal therapy. 2. Clinical, radiographic or pathologic evidence of multicentric disease. 3. Evidence of T4 disease (e.g., involvement of the chest wall, skin, dermal lymphatics, or inflammatory breast cancer). 4. Tumor grade 3 histology. 5. Another malignancy within the prior 5 years (excluding non-melanoma skin cancers or in situ cervical lesions)
