Prospective Databased of Clinical Outcomes Following Cryotherapy for ablation of clinically localized prostate cancer

Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to better understand how well Cryo Ablation treats prostate cancer and the long-term effects of this treatment of sexual and urinary function. You are being asked to participate in this study because you have selected to undergo a Cryo ablation of your prostate cancer. Many advances in medicine have come from investigating how well patients did after receiving medical treatments for their conditions. You are being asked to volunteer to include your de-identified clinical information into a prospective database following Cryo prostate ablation treatment. The time-length of participation in this research study will be the same as the duration of your standard of care.
