A Non-Invasive Mri Probe Of Interstitial Fluid Pressure In Locally Advanced Breast Cancer
Brief description of study
If you have been diagnosed with locally advanced breast cancer, you may qualify for a clinical trial investigating use of non-invasive MRI probe to measure interstitial fluid pressure (IFP), a measure of the amount and confinement of tumor fluid that relates to its aggressiveness. The goal of this pilot trial is to study the correlation of measurements of interstitial fluid pressure using noninvasive MRI and by using a direct needle, at the time of biopsy and/or at the time of surgery.
