Utility of Remote Home Monitoring Post Valvular Procedures

Brief description of study

Valvular Procedures The purpose of this research study is to see whether providing patients with telehealth monitoring can reduce hospital readmission up to 90 days after discharge from a TAVR procedure. Telemonitoring is a form of disease management in which patients are given equipment to obtain medical recordings such as blood pressure, heart rate, pulse oximeter, and weight while at home. These recordings allow clinicians to observe patients remotely. This remote monitoring enables the clinical team to monitor patients more closely and potentially prevent and treat any complications as soon as they arise.
