You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Heart Valve Disease
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 110 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Subjects consented to undergo a TAVR procedure due to clinical indication at NYU Langone Healths
2. Subjects willing and able to participate in clinically indicated Medtronic MCMS telemonitoring

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. 1. Subjects who have cognitive impairment that would prohibit cooperation with telemonitoring
