Functional muscle kinematics in dermatomyositis with diffusion MRI

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Dermatosyositis
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 99 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Subjects referred for a thigh muscle MRI examination.
2. Subjects diagnosed with dermatosyositis.

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Subjects who are medically unstable
2. Subjects with Cardiac pacemaker
3. Subjects with intracranial clips, metal implants, or external clips within 10 cm of the head
4. Subjects who has metal in their eyes
5. Subjects who are pregnant or nursing
6. Subjects who are claustrophobia
7. Subjects requiring sedation or anesthesia monitoring.
