Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
• Age: Between 18 years - 100 years
• Gender: Male

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  1. Subjects who are or greater than 18 years old
  2. Subjects who are diagnosed with BPH
  3. Subjects must be planning to or already have treatment for BPH with either the Urolift or Rezum procedure.
  4. Subjects able to provide informed consent allowing related information to be included in this research.

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• 1. Subjects who are not diagnosed with BPH
  2. Subjects who are not receiving Urolift or Rezum treatment for BPH.
  3. Subjects in the judgment of the investigator cannot appropriately fill out the questionnaires will also be excluded from the study.
