Conditions:
Chronic Pectoralis Major Rupture
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 99 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Subjects who are at least 18 years old
2. Subjects who underwent reconstruction of the pectoralis major tendon with achilles allograft in the Sports Medicine department at the NYU Langone Orthopedic Center
