Anomalous Aortic Origin of a Coronary Artery (AAOCA): Establishing a Multi-Institutional Registry

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Anomalous Aortic Origin Of A Coronary Artery With An Interarterial Course (aaoca)

Age: Between 0 Year(s) - 30 Year(s)

Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
- Subjects who have diagnosis and/or management of AAOCA at a CHSS member institution from January 1, 1998 forward
- Subjects who are 0 to 30 years old
- Subjects who have surgical repair performed from January 1, 1998 to study initiation (January 20, 2009) for retrospective subjects
- Subjects who have surgical repair performed from January 21, 2009 forward for prospectively identified subjects
- Subjects with structurally normal heart or with small, hemodynamically insignificant lesion, including: patent ductus arteriosus, atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, mild pulmonic valvar stenosis, or bicuspid aortic valve without aortic stenosis.
- Subjects able to provide written consent and authorization or parental/guardian permission if applicable.
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

- Subjects with anomalous coronary from the pulmonary artery, coronary artery atresia, or other coronary artery anomalies (e.g., coronary-cameral fistula, coronary aneurysms, myocardial bridging)
- Subjects with hemodynamically significant structural heart disease, except as outlined above.
