Determining the Natural and Unnatural History of Anomalous Aortic Origin of a Coronary Artery (AAOCA) with an Interarterial or Intraconal or Intramural course: Establishing a Multi- Institutional Registry

Brief description of study

Every year, specially trained personnel from the Congenital Heart Surgeons Society (CHSS) will call you to find out how you/your child is doing. The questionnaire is a survey that you will be asked to complete over the phone regarding your/your child’s health. It should not take longer than 15-20 minutes. They will ask questions about the medication you/your child is receiving, any exercise limitations, your/your child’s quality of life and any surgery or procedures done since the previous questionnaire.
