Multicenter Randomized Pragmatic Clinical Trial Comparing Two- Versus Three-Antibiotic Therapy for Pulmonary Mycobacterium avium Complex Disease

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Mycobacterium Avium Complex Pulmonary Infection
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 99 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Subjects are over the age of 18 years
2. Subjects with Culture positive MAC disease meeting ATS/IDSA case criteria
3. Subjects who have had no prior multi-drug antimicrobial therapy for NTM
4. Subjects able to provide informed consent

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Subjects with Fibro cavitary disease
2. Subjects who have planned surgery for MAC disease
3. Subjects who had prior multi-drug antimicrobial therapy for NTM
4. Subjects with Cystic fibrosis
5. Subjects with HIV
6. Subjects who have a History of solid organ or hematologic transplant
