Providing hearing assistance to socially isolated older adults in Los Angeles Communities - An Implementation Project

Brief description of study

This study will examine hearing impairment in older adults who reside in Los Angeles senior housing communities. Researchers will test hearing and provide residents with a hearing assistive device to use over two months. brief surveys will be conducted with residents throughout the two-month period to examine hearing, mood, and social isolation.
