Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Total Knee Arthoplasty
• Age: Between 18 years - 99 years
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  1. Subjects who have no open wounds on operative leg
  2. Subjects scheduled to undergo elective total knee arthroplasty for posttraumatic, osteoarthritis, avascular necrosis, and/or inflammatory arthritis
  3. Subjects who do not have active infection on the operative leg, the operative joint

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• 1. Subjects who are pregnant
  2. Subjects with traumatic injury that requires emergent or urgent total knee arthroplasty (e.g. fracture)
  3. Subjects with an active infections in the operative leg/joint
  4. Subjects who are cognitively impaired (ex. Demenia)
