Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Myocardial Infarctionwith Non-obstructive Artery Disease- Minoca
  • Age: Between 21 Year(s) - 90 Year(s)
  • Gender: Female
  • Other Inclusion Criteria:
    1. Subjects with acute ischemic symptoms compatible with diagnosis of myocardial infarction.
    2. Subjects with evidence of myocardial infarction.
    3. Female subjects able to provide appropriate consent and assent

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

    1. Subjects with stenosis =≥50% of any major epicardial vessel on invasive angiograph
    2. Subjects with a history of known obstructive CAD at angiography
    3. Recent use of vasospastic agents, such as cocaine, triptans, or ergot alkaloids
    4. Subjects with an alternate explanation for troponin elevation.
    5. Coronary dissection apparent on angiography
    6. Subject with excessive coronary tortuosity
    7. Subjects who are under thrombolytic therapy for STEMI
    Additional exclusions for the blood sub-study:
    1. Subjects who are severely anemic (HgB < 9)
