Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Covid-19
• Age: Between 18 years - 120 years
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  1. Subjects who are hospitalized with diagnosis of COVID-19
  2. Subjects with D-dimer > 500ng/ml (hypercoagulability)

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• 1. Subjects with indication for therapeutic anticoagulation
  2. Subjects with COVID related “high-risk” indication for therapeutic anticoagulation
     • Renal failure
     • D-dimer >10,000 ng/ml, markedly increasing D-dimer
  3. Had prior Heparin induced thrombocytopenia within 100 days
  4. Had a stroke within 30 days
  5. Had prior hemorrhagic stroke (ever)
  6. Had Gastrointestinal bleeding within the past 6 months.
  7. Subjects with platelet count <100,000
  8. Has anemia with a hemoglobin <9mg/dl
  9. Subjects with signs of active bleeding or other bleeding risks
  10. Subjects who are pregnant
  11. Subjects who have no capacity to consent themselves
