Human Epilepsy Project 3: Newly Diagnosed Idiopathic Generalized Epilepsy

Brief description of study

The purpose of this research study is to identify factors that can predict how patients with idiopathic generalized epilepsy will do on a given seizure medication, whether they will have side effects, and whether they will have more seizures. These factors are called biomarkers. Biomarkers are an indicator of a disease or pathology.
