TRANSMUSCULAR QUADRATUS LUMBORUM BLOCK PLUS PERICAPSULAR INJECTION VS. PERICAPSULAR INJECTION FOR PATIENTS UNDERGOING PRIMARY HIP ARTHOSCOPY
Are you eligible to participate in this study?
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Hip Pain
-
Age: Between 18 - 65 Years

Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
- Participants undergoing Primary Hip Arthroscopy
- Participants diagnosed with femoroacetabular impingement (FAI)
- Participants who consent to be randomized.
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

- Participants with a history of chronic pain that have used opioids for pain management for 3 months or longer
- Participants with diagnosed or self-reported cognitive dysfunction
- Participants with a history of neurologic disorder that can interfere with pain sensation
- Participants with a history of drug or recorded alcohol abuse
- Those who are unable to understand or follow instructions
- Participants with severe liver disease, renal insufficiency, congestive heart failure, and/or significant heart disease
- Those with an allergy or contraindication to any of the medications used in the study, or has a contraindication to any study procedures
- Participants with BMI over 40
- Participants that the investigators feel cannot comply with all study related procedures
