A Multi-Center Study to Characterize the Long-Term Safety and Efficacy of BMS-986165 in Subjects with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Brief description of study

The purpose of this biomarker testing is to study the effects of BMS-986165 and other medicines you are taking on the body and to learn more about Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, autoimmunity, and associated medical conditions under study. The work may involve all aspects or possible causes of these diseases and conditions, including but not limited to inflammation, autoimmunity, cardiovascular health, and metabolic syndrome pathways (fibrosis, obesity, diabetes mellitus, heart disease). These purposes are directly related to the clinical questions in the main study and will further the understanding of how BMS-986165 works in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.
