Effectiveness of Nerve Glide Exercises on Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to determine if nerve gliding exercises (stretching of the arm and hand) in combination with standard management will improve symptoms of cubital tunnel syndrome and if these exercises can improve symptoms and reduce the need for surgical procedure. This study involves risks, discomforts and inconvenience related to filling out additional questionnaires, undergoing a physical performance test and additional exercises.
