You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Health Literacy
• Age: Between 18 years - 99 years
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  Group 1 TEP- Physicians and ophthalmic personnel:

  1. Must have worked with ophthalmic patients in a medical setting
  2. Willing to complete multiple interviews

  Group 2- FGP patients or family members:

  1. Must have had an exam by someone in the ophthalmology ecosystem
  2. Willing to complete multiple interviews

  Group 3- Members of the population at large

  1. Willing to complete multiple interviews

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• All Groups:

  1. Participants who are younger than 18 years of age
  2. Inability to use a computer to complete surveys or focus group interviews
  3. Inability to speak or understand English
