NEW YORK OSTEOARTHRITIS HAND COHORT

Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Osteoarthritis
Age: Between 30 Year(s) - 100 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Participants will be at least 30 years of age
2. Pain, aching, or stiffness in at least one hand joint for more than 1 month and at least half of the days
3. Must provide informed written consent

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent
2. Have a history of inflammatory autoimmune conditions such as, but not limited to, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis/psoriatic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma (excluding gout)
3. Have a history of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection
4. Actively taking or having taken immunosuppressive medications
