Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

• Conditions:
  Psoriatic Arthritis
  Psoriasis
• Age: Between 18 years - 90 years
• Gender: Male or Female

• Other Inclusion Criteria:
  

  Psoriatic Patients:

  1. Participants with psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis as confirmed by a board certified dermatologist or rheumatologist.
  2. Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) participants as confirmed by a board certified dermatologist.
  3. Participants who are between 18 and 90 and provide written informed consent for the study

  Healthy Control:

  1. Participants who are between 18 and 90 and provide written informed consent for the study

  
  

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

• Psoriatic Patients:

  1. Rheumatologic or inflammatory disease which are not psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis or HS
  2. Known active cancer receiving treatment
  3. Pregnancy
  4. Anemia
  5. A history of severe bleeding or bleeding disorders
  6. Chronic kidney disease
  7. Congestive heart failure
  8. NSAID use within the past 48 hours or aspirin use within 2 weeks of study enrollment

  Healthy Control:

  1. Autoimmune, rheumatologic or inflammatory disease which are not psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis
  2. Known active cancer receiving treatment
  3. Pregnancy
  4. Anemia or thrombocytopenia or thrombocytosis
  5. A history of severe bleeding or bleeding disorders
  6. Chronic kidney disease
  7. Congestive heart failure
  8. NSAID use within the past 48 hours or aspirin use within 2 weeks of study enrollment
