Trigger Finger Injection Dose Dose Matter

Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether giving a larger corticosteroid dose for trigger finger injections improves patient symptoms and decreases need surgery. The use of the corticosteroid in this study (Kenalog) is considered investigational since one of the doses used in this study (20mg) will be larger than the dose approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for smaller joints (10mg).
