Specific inclusion criteria to participate in this study, an individual must meet all of the following criteria: 1. Caregiver English or Spanish-speaking 2. Child discharged home with a Rx for =1 daily liquid medication (other than multiv

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

Specific exclusion from participation in this study include: 1. Visual acuity worse than 20/50 (Rosenbaum pocket screener) 2. Uncorrectable hearing impairment.
