You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Acute Pelvic Fracture
Age: Between 50 Year(s) - 110 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Postmenopausal women and men >50 years of age with acute pelvic fractures
2. Those who have either one or multiple pelvic fractures or sacral and pelvic fractures

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Persons unable to complete the NRS and other surveys based on assessment
2. Previously (prior to fracture) non-ambulatory subjects
3. Have contraindication or intolerance to ABALOPARATIDE
