A Natural History Study of Patients with Genetically Confirmed Primary Hyperoxaluria Type 3 with a History of Stone Events

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Primary Hyperoxaluria Type 3

Age: Between 2 years - 80 years

Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
- Diagnosis of primary hyperoxaluria type 3 (PH3) confirmed by genotyping
- History of stone events during the last 3 years and/or presence of preexisting stones detected by renal ultrasound
- 24-hour Uox > 0.7 mmol normalized to 1.73 m2 BSA, on each of the 2 collections during Screening
- Less than 20% variation between the two 24-hour urinary creatinine measurements
- Toilet trained and/or otherwise able to accommodate 24-hour urine collection
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

- Prior hepatic transplantation; or planned transplantation
- Currently receiving dialysis or anticipating requirement for dialysis during the study
- Inability or unwillingness to comply with the specified study procedures
