ECLIPSE Study - Evaluation of a Handheld Artificial Intelligence-based Retinal Camera for Point-of-Care Diabetic Retinopathy Screening

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Diabetes Mellitus
  • Age: Between 22 years - 99 years
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Other Inclusion Criteria:
    1. Participants who are diagnosed with diabetes mellitus
    2. Understands the study and volunteer to sign the informed consent

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

    1. Persistent visual impairment (vision loss, blurred vision, or floaters) in one or both eyes
    2. History of radiation retinopathy or retinal vascular (vein or artery) occlusion
    3. History of laser treatment of the retina or any history of retinal surgery
    4. Contraindicated for fundus photography
    5. Has light sensitivity
    6. Recently underwent photodynamic therapy (PDT)
    7. Taking medication that causes photosensitivity
    8. Has contraindications for mydriatic medications or is unwilling or unable to dilate
    9. Currently enrolled in an interventional study of an investigational device or drug
    10. Subject has a condition or is in a situation that, in the opinion of the investigator, would preclude participation in the study, may interfere significantly with the subject's participation in the study, or may result in ungradable photographs
