Validating a Dietary Screener Adapted for Asian Americans
Brief description of study
The purpose of this research study is to test the accuracy of questions that we ask people on a questionnaire about what he or she ate and drank in the past day, week, or month. This type of questionnaire is called a dietary screener. Dietary screeners helps to understand what people eat and how it relates to health.
