You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions: Mild Traumatic Brain Injury

Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 99 Year(s)

Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
Participants with MBTI:- Male or female
- Older than 18 years of age
- Any ethnic background
- Diagnosed MTBI injury within the last 4 weeks (1 month)
- Male or female
- Older than 18 years of age
- Any ethnic background
You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

Participants with MBTI:
- Claustrophobia
- History of neurological, psychiatric disorder, or prior documented TBI exceeding 1 month diagnosis
- Cardiac pacemaker or neurostimulator
- Difficulty lying in supine position for 60 minutes
- Intracranial clips, metal implants, unremovable jewelry
- Metal in eyes
- Pregnancy
- Claustrophobia
- History of neurological, psychiatric disorder or prior documented TBI
