Unpacking the Importance of the Structural Injuries of MTBI

Are you eligible to participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    Mild Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 99 Year(s)
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Other Inclusion Criteria:
    Participants with MBTI:
    1. Male or female
    2. Older than 18 years of age
    3. Any ethnic background
    4. Diagnosed MTBI injury within the last 4 weeks (1 month)
    Healthy Participants:
    1. Male or female
    2. Older than 18 years of age
    3. Any ethnic background

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

  • Participants with MBTI:
    1. Claustrophobia
    2. History of neurological, psychiatric disorder, or prior documented TBI exceeding 1 month diagnosis
    3. Cardiac pacemaker or neurostimulator
    4. Difficulty lying in supine position for 60 minutes
    5. Intracranial clips, metal implants, unremovable jewelry
    6. Metal in eyes
    7. Pregnancy
    Healthy Participants:
