Psoriatic Arthritis Spatial Transcriptome Analysis (PASTA)
Brief description of study
This is a research study about psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. This study will study genes expressed in the skin and blood of patients with skin-only psoriasis, those with psoriatic arthritis, and those without any psoriatic conditions to identify risk factors for development of psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and predict response to medications. Samples of skin and blood will be assessed to establish clinical, immunologic and genetic differences
