You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Congenital Heart Disease
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 120 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Participants with established diagnosis of congenital heart disease
2. Participants who have had follow up clinical care at NYULH from 2017-2020

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Participants who did not have follow-up at our institution in the last 2 years
2. Participants who do not have congenital heart disease
3. Participants who are nonverbal
4. Participants with significant cognitive impairment
5. Participants who are pregnant
