From screening to the receipt of services
Brief description of study
The purpose of this research study is to understand patients’ perspectives of the social risk screening and referral program that is currently being offered within the Family Health Centers (FHCs) and Family Support Services (FSS) at NYU Langone Health (NYULH). This research study is being done to collect your thoughts/reactions/opinions through a semi-structured interview and brief survey.
