Piloting a Decision Aid for Older Patients Considering Catheterization as Treatment for NSTEMI

Brief description of study

The purpose of this research study is to determine if a shared decision aid, a digital resource that provides more information, helps patients who are eligible for left heart catheterization (LHC) to decide whether or not to undergo this procedure. Left heart catheterization (LHC) procedure, where a long thin tube called a catheter is threaded through your blood vessels to your heart, is one acceptable treatment option for a heart attack. This research study is being done to collect your thoughts and opinions about the decision-making process through surveys and questionnaires.
