Brief description of study

The objective of this study is to develop a clinical registry of patients diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy or cervical myelopathy over a 3 year period. The purpose of this research study is to better understand how surgical treatment of patients with neck pain, weakness or numbness, or another symptoms attributed to the conditions of cervical radiculopathy or cervical myelopathy are currently being treated and when. This information will be used to better the impact of those decisions for patient care and recovery.
