Conditions:
Cervical Radiculopathy/cervical Radiculopathy
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 99 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Participants who with diagnoses or cervical radiculopathy or cervical myelopathy
2. Eligible for treatment with cervical foraminotomy, cervical arthroplasty, cervical laminectomy, cervical fusion, anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, cervical laminoplasty or a combination of above

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:
