CCI-Mobile: Signal Processing Advancements for Cochlear Implant Users in Naturalistic Environments

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:
Hearing Impairment
Age: Between 18 Year(s) - 70 Year(s)
Gender: Male or Female

Other Inclusion Criteria:
1. Participants with postlingual severe-to-profound hearing impairment that use at least one Nucleus cochlear implant
2. Those with at least 12 months experience using their device
3. Are native English speakers
4. Are otherwise healthy with no diagnosis of communicative or cognitive disorder

You may not be eligible for this study if the following are true:

1. Participants who have not used a Nucleus cochlear implant for at least 12 months
2. Are Non-native English speakers
3. Were prelingually deafened, or have less than 30% word recognition scores in quiet
4. Show evidence of communicative or cognitive impairment
